What telehealth changes

Less travel. The same need for clinical depth.

Telehealth can reduce logistical friction, but it does not replace careful evaluation, monitoring, privacy, or clinical judgment.

Access

Connect from a familiar setting

Attend from a private place without traffic, parking, or time away for travel.

Context

Bring real life into the room

Discuss the environments, tools, routines, and demands where symptoms actually show up.

Continuity

Keep follow-up easier to reach

Use ongoing visits to review progress, questions, function, and the fit of the plan.

Before the visit

Set yourself up for a clearer conversation.

Find a private room, charge your device, test audio, gather medication and health information, and write down the questions you do not want to forget.

California location required. ClearPath’s clinical services are available only when the patient is physically located in California at the time of care. Educational resources may be read anywhere.

Good to know

Questions, answered clearly.

Where must I be during a visit?

You must be physically located in California at the time of clinical service. Choose a private, safe, stationary location with a reliable connection.

Can I use telehealth while traveling?

Only if you are physically in California and the clinician confirms telehealth remains appropriate. If you are outside California, contact ClearPath before the appointment.

Is telehealth right for every situation?

No. Clinical appropriateness depends on symptoms, safety, privacy, technology, location, and care needs. Some situations require in-person or higher-level care.

What technology do I need?

Use a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, stable internet, and a private space. ClearPath provides visit-specific instructions during scheduling.

What should I do in a crisis?

ClearPath is not an emergency service. Call 911 for immediate danger. In the U.S., call or text 988 for crisis support.

A thoughtful next step

Care that can meet you where you are—in California.

Share basic scheduling details through the practice’s designated appointment intake. Any diagnosis or treatment recommendation follows a clinical evaluation.
