What this notice covers
This notice explains information practices connected with the public ClearPath ADHD website. It does not replace any Notice of Privacy Practices that may apply to clinical care.
Information this website receives
This website has no on-site account, appointment form, clinical-message form, advertising pixel, analytics tracker, or session-recording tool. Hosting and security services may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, approximate region, and security logs.
If you use an email link, your email provider and ClearPath receive what you send. If you open the separate appointment intake, that service receives the information you submit there and applies its own privacy practices.
Cookies and similar technology
ClearPath does not currently use this website for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking. Essential delivery and security technology may use technical storage or caching. This notice should be updated before any analytics, advertising, or session-recording tool is enabled.
How technical information may be used
Technical data may be used to deliver pages, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, and understand aggregate site reliability. It may be disclosed to service providers that support hosting, security, intake, and communications; when required by law; or to protect rights, safety, and systems.
Health information
Do not send protected or sensitive clinical information through ordinary email or public website interactions. Use only the appointment, patient, or communication channels supplied directly by the practice for clinical information.
Security and retention
Technical data may be retained as reasonably necessary for delivery, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and service-provider requirements. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
External services
This site links to a separate appointment intake and to public health and credential-verification sources. Those destinations have their own privacy and security practices. Review them before submitting information.
